Dead State: Fallout

I was immediately drawn into Dead State: Fallout's intense opening scene, and from there, it's a non-stop rollercoaster of action and suspense. B. C. Archer's narration is spot-on, bringing a sense of authenticity and immediacy to the story. He expertly handles the wide range of characters, from James' survivalist father to the various survivors they encounter. The pacing is tight, with just the right balance of action and character development. My only critique is that some of the more emotional moments could have benefited from a bit more nuance in the delivery. But overall, this is a standout listen that's perfect for fans of high-stakes, fast-paced zombie thrillers.
