Die Seele des Königs

I've listened to many audiobooks, but few have captivated me like 'Die Seele des Königs'. Bierstedt's narration is exceptional, his ability to distinguish characters and convey emotion a true asset. The story's pacing is Sanderson at his best, balancing action, intrigue, and character development with a deft hand. However, some of the political machinations can feel dense, and a few characters' motivations could use more clarity. But these are minor quibbles in an otherwise outstanding listen. The production is top-notch, with sound effects and music enhancing the listening experience without distracting from the narrative. If you're a fan of epic fantasy, you owe it to yourself to dive into Elantris.
