As someone who's always been fascinated by prepper culture, I found 'EMP Shelter In Place' to be a thrilling and educational listen. Ramona Master's narration is spot-on, capturing the urgency and desperation of Ben Riker's situation without ever feeling melodramatic. The pacing is excellent, balancing tense action sequences with detailed explanations of everything from water purification to firearms maintenance. My only critique is that some of the more philosophical musings on society and preparedness feel a bit heavy-handed at times. But overall, this is a gripping, informative listen that'll have you checking your own emergency supplies. Just don't expect to sleep easy after listening to it late at night.
