Firstborn

Listening to Firstborn is like being on a rollercoaster ride through a haunted mansion. Jarret LeMaster's narration is spot-on, capturing the grittiness and desperation of the protagonist, Erik Ashendale, while also effectively conveying the chilling presence of the supernatural. The story's pacing is excellent, keeping listeners on the edge of their seats, and the unique premise of a professional monster hunter provides a refreshing twist on the typical thriller narrative. However, some of the supporting characters could have been more fully developed, and a few plot points felt slightly predictable. Overall, though, Firstborn is a thrilling and atmospheric listen that's sure to satisfy fans of the supernatural and suspenseful.
