Ikarus

Nic de Jager's narration is the star of the show in 'Ikarus'. His ability to capture the essence of each character, from the ruthless Ernst Richter to the tenacious detective Benny Griessel, is nothing short of impressive. Meyer's plot is a labyrinth of twists and turns, but de Jager's steady pacing ensures you're never lost. The production is clean, with effective use of music and sound effects to enhance the Cape Town atmosphere. My only critique is that some of the tech jargon could have been explained more clearly, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook.
