Moonseed

As someone who enjoys both hard science fiction and character-driven stories, I found Moonseed by Stephen Baxter to be an engaging and thought-provoking listen. Kevin Kenerly's narration is superb, capturing the emotional depth of the characters and the scientific complexities of the plot with ease. I particularly enjoyed the way Kenerly conveyed the tension between Geena and Henry, making their relationship's struggles feel all the more poignant. The pacing of the audiobook is well-executed, allowing listeners to fully immerse themselves in the world Baxter has created. However, I did find that some of the scientific explanations could be overwhelming for those without a background in the subject matter. Overall, Moonseed is a captivating and emotionally resonant audiobook that is well-worth the listen for fans of hard science fiction and character-driven stories.
