My Sister's Grave

I've listened to my fair share of mysteries, but there's something about My Sister's Grave that sets it apart. Maybe it's the way Dugoni effortlessly balances the personal and professional aspects of Tracy's life, or the way Sutton-Smith brings a sense of intimacy to the narrative. Whatever it is, I was completely hooked from the opening pages. The pacing is expertly handled, with just the right amount of tension and suspense to keep you guessing. That being said, I did find the supporting cast to be somewhat one-dimensional at times – it would have been nice to see a bit more development in some of the secondary characters. Still, that's a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding listen.
