Trudge

As I listened to the narration of Trudge, I found myself completely immersed in the grim, post-apocalyptic world Chesser has created. Chris Patton's deep, haunting voice perfectly captures the despair and hopelessness of the survivors, and his ability to convey the fear and uncertainty of each scene is nothing short of extraordinary. The pacing is relentless, drawing listeners into a world where every moment is a fight for survival. One critique I have is that, at times, the narrative could have used a bit more world-building to fully flesh out the details of this dystopian landscape. However, the compelling story and outstanding narration make this audiobook a must-listen for fans of horror and sci-fi.
