Freakling

I was hooked from the start by Freakling's unique premise. The world-building is impressive, with a clear, compelling vision of a society shaped by psi. Nick Podehl's narration is a standout feature, his ability to convey emotion and tension making the listening experience all the more engaging. The pacing is excellent, with a steady build-up of suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat. My only minor critiques are that some secondary characters could have been more fully developed, and the ending feels slightly rushed. Overall, though, Freakling is a standout audiobook that combines the best of YA, mystery, and paranormal, making it a must-listen for fans of suspenseful, thought-provoking stories.
